The number of messages you receive will vary based on your property and account activity.
3. Cost of Service
Standard messaging and data rates may apply as per your mobile carrier’s terms.
4. Consent for SMS Notifications
By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive SMS notifications from Diversified Property Management. Consent can be provided during lease signing, onboarding, or other agreed methods.
5. Opt-out Instructions
You may unsubscribe from SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message. Upon opting out, you will receive a confirmation message, and no further SMS notifications will be sent.
